About the Role:
We are looking for a Tech Recruiter to join our growing team and support the hiring of tech talent for one of our clients in a RPO model, which is an international technology company focused on software engineering and product development. You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes and work closely with hiring managers, particularly within nearshore and outsourcing environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Engineering roles in a nearshore or outsourcing context.
Source and engage tech talent using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking;
Partner with hiring managers/clients to understand needs and define hiring strategies;
Ensure a positive and human candidate experience.
Maintain accurate data in the ATS and use insights to improve hiring outcomes;
Stay up to date with market trends and talent insights.
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of experience in Tech Recruitment / IT Talent Acquisition;
Experience in nearshore and/or outsourcing recruitment is required.
Strong sourcing skills and ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously;
Proactive, autonomous, and ownership-driven mindset;
Fluent in English and Portuguese.
