Role Overview

We are looking for a Contracts Specialist to act as a subject matter expert in contractual matters while providing legal and commercial support across the business. This role is responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of customer and supplier contracts—from negotiation through execution and renewal—ensuring all agreements align with EID standards, internal policies, and Cohort group guidelines.

What You’ll Do

• Ensure contractual governance in line with EID policies and Cohort guidelines;

• Manage the full lifecycle of contracts, from negotiation to execution and closure;

• Support and lead contract negotiations with customers, suppliers, and partners;

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to secure favorable terms and contract approvals;

• Support bid processes and internal approvals for contractual commitments;

• Improve contract turnaround times by implementing best practices with Sales teams;

• Act as the main point of contact for contractual matters, including dispute resolution;

• Support the Supply Chain team with drafting and negotiating sub-contracts.

What You’ll Bring

• Degree in Law (preferred), Business Administration, Management, or a related field;

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in issuing and reviewing contractual documentation;

• Background in Contract Management, Procurement, or Audit functions;

• Strong understanding of contractual matters, including standard and non-standard terms;

• Experience managing the full lifecycle of contracts, including negotiation, execution, and termination;

• Ability to propose effective contractual structures and solutions;

• Experience in bid management (valued);

• Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint, and Teams;

• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
