OpenAi Service Owner
We are supporting an international enterprise organization in the search for an Open AI Service Owner to drive the evolution, governance and adoption of enterprise AI capabilities across the business.
This is a highly cross-functional role sitting at the intersection of AI, product ownership, governance and enterprise transformation. The position focuses on scaling the internal adoption of OpenAI and ChatGPT Enterprise capabilities while ensuring alignment with security, compliance and business objectives.
You will play a key role in shaping how AI is used across the organization, partnering closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, security, legal and leadership functions.
What you’ll be doing
You will be responsible for owning and evolving the enterprise OpenAI platform strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with broader organizational AI initiatives and standards.
The role involves managing the governance and lifecycle of ChatGPT Enterprise and related AI capabilities, defining feature rollouts, adoption strategies, usage policies and success metrics. You will work closely with different business areas to identify AI opportunities, prioritize demands and support teams in implementing safe and effective AI use cases.
You will also help define governance frameworks, best practices and Responsible AI guidelines, while supporting platform configuration, integrations and implementation activities. Monitoring adoption, usage, compliance and performance metrics will also be an important part of the role.

What we’re looking for
We are looking for someone with experience working with enterprise AI / GenAI platforms such as OpenAI or ChatGPT Enterprise, combined with a strong product and stakeholder management mindset.
Previous experience in product ownership, platform ownership or service management environments, alongside strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams.
You should also have a solid understanding of AI trends, LLMs, governance, risks and Responsible AI principles, as well as familiarity with enterprise ecosystems such as Microsoft 365, Azure or Power Platform. Understanding of data governance, enterprise security principles and platform administration concepts will also be important for the role.
Experience translating business requirements into scalable AI platform capabilities and adoption strategies, while helping drive AI transformation across the organization.
Salary & Benefits
The salary range for this position is between €40,000 and €55,000 gross annual salary, depending on experience and background, alongside a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, pension plan, wellbeing initiatives, home office support and additional flexibility allowances.
