Role Overview
We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Logistics Administrator to support our logistics and international trade operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring the efficient flow of goods and documentation across national and international shipments, while supporting compliance with applicable customs, transport, and regulatory requirements.
Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, the successful candidate will contribute to the coordination of import and export activities, management of licences and supporting documentation, and the smooth execution of logistics processes that support the business.
What You’ll Do
Support the coordination of inbound and outbound logistics activities, ensuring the smooth flow of goods and documentation.
Assist in the management of import and export processes, including the preparation and validation of shipping and customs documentation.
Liaise with freight forwarders, transport providers, regulatory authorities, and internal stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
Support the management of licences and other documentation related to international trade activities.
Maintain accurate records and contribute to the continuous improvement of logistics and administrative processes.
What You’ll Bring
Relevant experience in logistics, administration, import/export operations, or a similar role.
Familiarity with international shipping documentation, customs procedures, or trade-related administrative processes.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and a good knowledge of English.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
Exposure to international trade regulations, licensing processes, or export control activities.
Previous experience in an industrial, manufacturing, technology, or highly regulated environment.
