What You'll Be Working On
As the technical anchor for Century 21 Portugal & Spain, you will:
Own the strategic direction of the CRM and critical digital assets across frontend, backend, data, automation, and infrastructure
Architect decisions that matter: spanning integrations, scalability, observability, and security
Establish engineering excellence through best practices, documentation standards, and quality-driven delivery processes
Bridge the gap between technology, product, and business strategy to ensure crisp, aligned execution
Manage and hold accountable external technology partners, ensuring delivery meets high standards
Build and guide the future internal technology team, elevating capabilities across the organization
Structure data governance, system interoperability, and operational reliability frameworks that enable better business intelligence
Identify tangible improvements in product, operations, and digital experience
Prepare the technology platform for emerging opportunities in automation and innovation with practical business applications
What They're Looking For
Proven track record in software development and technical leadership in demanding, complex environments
Systems thinking: you're able to grasp interconnected architectures and make decisions with both technical rigor and business impact
Deep familiarity with modern web applications, API ecosystems, cloud infrastructure, and automation workflows
Passion for data quality, information integrity, and system consistency
Self-starter mentality: you value autonomy, ownership, and have the drive to deliver even amid transformation pressure
Pragmatic problem-solver who brings structure to ambiguity
Customer and product empathy: you're able to translate business needs into technical solutions that people actually want to use

Permanent contract with the organization or B2B contract if that suits you better
Work Model: Flexible Hybrid model in Oeiras / Lagoas Park, tailored to seniority and operational needs
Compensation: €70,000–€85,000 gross annually, based on experience, product expertise, and technical leadership capability
