Hiire is currently supporting Six Floor, hiring an Integration Engineer for their tech hub in Lisbon.

The output? Clips, automated summaries, editing libraries and APIs that plug straight into a broadcaster's or club's existing workflow. Our clients range from global broadcasters to professional clubs and federations across football, tennis, American football, basketball and more.

You'll be responsible for executing the implementation / installation of state-of-art OTT/IPTV platforms, ensuring correct integration with other systems in an operator environment or similar.
Responsibilities & Tasks
Ensure adequate system implementation in accordance with product specifications, following industry quality standard and operator requirements
Leading / Executing End-to-End service validation test cases within the project team and with the operator for the ATP
Ensure documentation and adequate use of interfaces and integration points across platforms
Contribution to System Architecture & Design and implementation supporting the Solution Architect
Manage issue / bug list with customer and with development team / solution architect or Project Manager, during project phase
Establish effective/efficient work methodology and communication
Work in cooperation with multiple internal/external parties
Task management
Requirements:
Knowledge of TV & Video Services and Content Distribution Networks and OTT delivery
Architecture and implementation background of TV & Video platforms (CDNs, network PVR, Encoding, DRM)
Experience in End-to-End Integration and configuration of TV & Video platforms
Experience in End-to-End functional and non-functional validation testing.
Knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows, Linux), VM environments, Networking (routing, switching, etc.), Load balancers, Firewalls, Proxys, Web Services
Knowledge of SOAP and REST API communication methods
Strong capability to understand and analyse e2e workflow processes between multiple and different platforms.
Strong level of English and global/multicultural awareness
Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
+3 years working in the TV & Media area
+3 years working in customer/Telco facing roles
Motivated, self-driven, and results oriented personality is a must for this role
Preferred Qualifications (plus):
AWS expertise
Computer Vision awareness
