The role:

We’re looking for a Software Engineer (Mid-level) to join a multidisciplinary, agile team working on high-impact, scalable systems.

In this role, you’ll be involved in the full software development lifecycle—from requirement analysis and technical design to implementation, testing, deployment, and production support. You’ll work closely with your peers to solve day-to-day challenges and help deliver robust, performant solutions.

Experience with Go is not required, but we’re looking for someone with the curiosity, drive, and potential to learn and grow with it.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend or full-stack systems, writing clean and efficient code.

• Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to solution architecture.

• Implement and maintain automated tests and CI/CD pipelines.

• Debug, monitor, and improve system reliability and performance.

• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve engineering practices and product quality.

• Participate in on-call rotations when needed, ensuring service stability and uptime.

Your Qualifications – Must Have:

• 3+ years of experience with back-end programming (e.g., Golang, C#);

• Experience developing distributed systems and working with messaging platforms (e.g., Kafka, SQS, Kinesis);

• Solid experience with SQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL), NoSQL databases (e.g., DynamoDB, Elasticsearch), and caching systems (e.g., Redis);

• Experience with high-volume data and access platforms;

• Familiarity with infrastructure and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes);

• Experience with cloud platforms, especially AWS;

• Knowledge of observability and performance monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus);

• Familiarity with software engineering best practices, CI/CD, design patterns, and automated testing;

• Proactive, autonomous, and comfortable working in dynamic and fast-changing environments;

• Strong communication skills, with a collaborative mindset and the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
