The Role:

As a Data Architect, you will design and implement data architecture solutions that align with business needs and support reliable, high-performing data systems. You will work closely with stakeholders to optimize data models, integrations, and overall data management practices.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and implement data architecture solutions aligned with business objectives;

• Ensure data integrity, scalability, and performance across data platforms;

• Develop and maintain data models and integration strategies;

• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve data systems and usage;

• Support data-related initiatives by applying data architecture best practices;

• Contribute to data quality and consistency through defined standards.

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Management, or a related field;

• Experience in data architecture, data management, or a related field;

• Strong understanding of data modeling and integration principles;

• Ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders;

• Fluency in spoken and written English.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Exposure to data governance concepts or frameworks.

• Experience with enterprise data platforms and tools.

• Strong problem-solving mindset and collaborative approach.

Team & Culture:

You will be part of a distributed data organization split between Porto and Monaco. The Data Architecture Lead is based in Monaco, while most of the team is located in Porto. The broader Data & Information organization is led by the Director of Data and Information and includes Master Data, Data Engineering, Data Governance, and Data Architecture teams, combining internal experts with external consultants.
